Virtual Board Meetings
Pursuant to Minnesota Statute section 13D.021, and the current state of emergency declared by the Governor of Minnesota due to the COVID-19 pandemic, DGF Schools have determined that it is not prudent to conduct an in-person meeting of the school board, nor is it feasible to allow any member of the public to be present at the regular meeting locations. Members of the school board will participate by electronic means.
All members of the public will be able to view the electronic meeting that will be posted on DGF Schools YouTube channel. Members of the public may provide comments or questions regarding to agenda or non-agenda items by submitting the questionnaire form by 10 a.m. on the day of the board meeting. The board will designate an individual to read a representative sample of the comments at the board meeting. The public will not be given an opportunity to be heard in person at the board meetings pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 13D.021, and the current state of emergency declared by the Governor of Minnesota due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
