Position: Activities / Transportation Director
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, transportation management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of three years in athletics, activities management, or transportation services, preferably in a school setting.
Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in budget management, scheduling, and facility coordination.
Summary: The Activities / Transportation Director is responsible for the administration of interscholastic athletic and extracurricular programs, and the supervision of the district’s transportation services. This role ensures compliance with Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) regulations and state transportation standards, while promoting a safe, enriching environment for students.
Work Schedule: 260 days per year with possible evenings and weekends
Salary: Range between $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience

Duties: Will work closely with a special education teacher providing programming for students with IEP’s in addition to other duties as assigned.
