Position: Activities Director / Assistant Principal
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Valid Minnesota Principal’s license
Experience: Minimum of three years of administrative experience (preferred). Minimum of three years in athletics, activities management, preferably in a school setting.
Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in budget management, scheduling, and facility coordination.
Summary: The Assistant Principal is a member of the administrative team within a school and is responsible in assisting with the daily operations of the district. The Activities Director is responsible for the administration of interscholastic athletic and extracurricular programs. This role ensures compliance with Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) regulations and state transportation standards, while promoting a safe, enriching environment for students.
Work Schedule: 210 days per year with possible evenings and weekends
Salary: Range between $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience

Qualifications:
● Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, data entry, reporting, Google WorkSpace, Canva, and Excel.

Summary: The Nutrition Service Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative support to the Nutrition Service Director, assisting with compliance, reporting, recordkeeping, and communication to help ensure smooth operations of the Nutrition Services Department. This position prepares, compiles, and organizes department documentation and supports operational tasks under the guidance and review of the Director. In the absence of adequate staffing, this role will assist with on-site kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

Summary: The Nutrition Service Lead oversees daily lunchroom and kitchen operations at the Dilworth site to ensure a positive, safe, and efficient meal experience for all students. This position is responsible for managing the daily operational flow of the site. The Nutrition Service Lead confidently delegates tasks to ensure an efficient workflow in both the lunchroom and kitchen. This role supervises Nutrition Service staff at the Dilworth site and serves as the primary lunchroom and kitchen supervisor, ensuring staff performance aligns with district expectations, department expectation, and food safety standards.
The Nutrition Service Lead must exercise sound judgment when evaluating and implementing outside requests or operational changes. All decisions must comply with federal, state, and district regulations, with careful consideration of how changes may impact staffing, food production, service timelines, sanitation, and other areas of the overall operation.
This position reports directly to the Director of Nutrition Services. Additional duties may be assigned by the Director of Nutrition Services as needed.

Position Title: Agriculture / Industrial Technology Teacher
Preferred Qualifications:
License preferred: Agricultural Education 5-12
Minnesota teaching license in another category with ability and willingness to obtain an Out of Field Permission with PELSB.

Baccalaureate Degree

Summary: We are looking for an individual that would be able to teach our students agricultural skills that our students can apply in a work-related setting. DGF also has an FFA program which could involve additional stipends for the agricultural teacher. Coach opportunities are also available.
The content taught would be agricultural based but will be discussed with administration and teacher upon hiring.
