Beginning June 12, 2026, the Nutrition Services Department will no longer use SchoolPay to process student lunch account payments. We are excited to transition to Family Hub, a new platform that provides parents and guardians with real-time access to student meal account information and enhanced account management features.

Through Family Hub, families will be able to:

• Fund Student Accounts – Add money to student meal accounts using credit cards, debit cards, or electronic checks.

• Receive Low-Balance Alerts – Set up automatic email or text notifications when your child's account balance falls below an amount you choose.

• Track Purchases in Real Time – View detailed transaction histories to see exactly what items are being purchased.

• Set Up Automatic Payments – Schedule recurring transfers so account balances stay funded without needing manual payments.

• Transfer Balances Between Siblings – Request transfers of available funds between students within the district.

As part of this transition, all existing student meal account balances will automatically transfer to Family Hub. No action is required to move your child's balance.

The only action families may need to take is to disable any automatic meal account payments currently set up through SchoolPay. Once the transition is complete, meal account payments should be managed through Family Hub.

Please note that DGF Public Schools will continue to use SchoolPay for other district-related payments and fees. Because of this, please do not close your SchoolPay account, as it may still be needed for other school-related transactions.
