If you are interested in using a space at DGF Schools you must first become a requester. Please follow the steps below:
You begin by clicking on requester login link. A new page will open and you will then choose the "Become a Requester" button.
Fill in all of the information, especially where there is an asterisk (*). After this information is submitted, you will receive an email notice of whether you are approved or denied requesting privileges. If approved, follow the instructions in the email to begin submitting your requests. Note: There is a tutorial link available in the upper left corner of the screen. You will only need to do this step one time per year.
All requests must be submitted no later than the 15th of the month prior to your event. For example: an event occurring on January 10th must be submitted no later than December 15th. The Facilities Calendar (found under the Calendar tab on the school's web page) will be updated with the approved dates by the 25th of each month.
To make scheduling easier you will find that all events happening in our buildings will appear on the facilities calendar. This will include but is not limited to all athletic home games, concerts, school programs, facility requests and all other events which will use space within our schools.
