Highlights of Option A:


• Safety and Security: New off-street main entries / relocated administrative areas

• Grade Configuration: Keeps current configuration of elementary at both schools, middle school at Dilworth, and HS at Glyndon

• Requires construction new class space to accommodate enrollment growth

• Gym Space: Adds a 2-station gym to Dilworth site with a mezzanine walking track

• Expanded cafeteria space at Glyndon, shared between all ages, same lunchroom capacity at Dilworth

Highlights of Option B:

• New Grade Configuration: Moves all elementary PreK – 4th grade to Dilworth, moves 5th-8th grades to Glyndon with the HS

• Age-appropriate interaction at each school site - SAFETY

• Maximized support services to student needs

• SRO assigned to Glyndon site

• Interventionists assigned to Dilworth site

• Career guidance assigned to Glyndon site

• Equity & Alignment

• Consistent Student/Teacher ratios by grade

• Same experience for all students, bringing the communities together

• Maximizes existing classroom spaces to accommodate enrollment growth with less new class construction than Option A

• Gym Space: Adds a 2-station gym to Dilworth site and also a 2-station gym to Glyndon site. This allows the possibility for mezzanine walking tracks at both school sites

•Expanded cafeteria space at Glyndon, 5-12th grades only; same lunchroom capacity at Dilworth, but now shared by elementary grades only
