The Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton School District is accepting applications for a part-time Family & Consumer Science teaching position to begin with the 2019-2020 school year. The position is at the high school building located at the Glyndon site. The District anticipates the position to expand into a full-time position due to student enrollment growth.

Special Education Teacher, 1.0 FTE

Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton School District is seeking a 1.0 FTE special education teacher to join their team beginning with the 2019-2020 school year. Multiple licensure preferred (special education areas under consideration include: SLD, EBD, DCD, ASD and ABS).

Skills Needed:

Must possess all skills and abilities needed to manage students and the ability to function well as a team member. Ability to multi-task, ability to provide quality individualized instruction in multiple areas, ability to enter data, develop IEPs and facilitate meetings for students on individual education plans, case manage and monitor individual education goals, accommodations, and modifications, and develop schedules and work with a team of special educators and assistants to meet the needs of all students in the program.

Position Title: Vocational/Agriculture Instructor - 1.0 FTE

Qualifications: Applicants must possess or be capable of obtaining the appropriate valid MN teaching license.

Preferred candidates will have a background or interest in teaching vocational coursework related to architectural, construction, or design fields. The school district is currently working to develop public/private sector partnerships including articulation agreements and trade certification programming opportunities. Candidates must be highly motivated, have an ability and/or willingness to engage with local industry to develop curriculum for student IT programming curriculum for the 21st Century.

POSITION TITLE: Literacy Tutor – Minnesota Reading Corps

Location: Glyndon-Felton Elementary (1)
