Classroom Sessions

Classroom Sessions for 2020-2021 School Year:

Fall Session of Driver's Ed - Starts September 15 - SCHEDULE

Point of Impact Session: - April 15, 2021

  • DGF will host the Point of Impact session on Thursday, April 15, 2021 in the DGF High School Theater from 6-7:30 pm. Check in begins at 5:30 pm in the DGF Theater lobby and class starts at 6 pm in the DGF High School Theater.

  • Parents and students are invited to attend a 90 minute class that provides Supplemental Parental Curriculum. At the conclusion of this class, all parents who attend will receive a Certificate of Completion.

  • The more you know about teen driver risks, laws and helpful ways to talk to your teen, the more you can help your student become a safe driver. Learn about how to improve your own driving instruction and help your teen to become a better driver. Find out about the new rules for first-time drivers. We will provide you with information and tools you can use to help support your teen in driving safely.

  • New drivers have to log 50 hours of driving while they have their permit. Find out how to do this and reduce that by 10 hours by attending a Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton Community Education Point of Impact (POI) meeting.

  • We look forward to seeing you at the class, and working together to make your student as well-trained and safe as possible behind the wheel.
