Have fun and get in shape at the same time! Zumba fitness is a fusion of Latin and international music combined with a heart-pumping cardio workout. This exhilarating class (geared toward both women and men) has a party-like atmosphere with the focus on having fun. There are no wrong moves — as long as you're moving and keeping your heart rate up, you're doing it right!

Sessions are 6 weeks in length.  You may participate in one, two or three nights per week 

Next 6 week session begins week of April 4th.
