Speed and Stength
Become a better athlete through the Speed and Strength program. Rebel Speed & Strength will help increase your vertical, run faster, get stronger, and become a more explosive athlete. The workouts will focus on balance, speed, dynamic flexibility, agility, sport specific strength training and power development. Athletes will get out as much as they put into the program. Program can be customized for each athletes sport. Cost includes a t-shirt. 

Rebel Agility
This program is for kids who have finished 6th grade who are looking to get faster, quicker and more agile. By focusing the workouts on form, technique, and repetition, we will maximize their athletic performance. The strength aspect will consist of mainly body weight exercises. Cost includes a t-shirt.
