Yoga

Yoga Flow & Tone is a combination of traditional Vinyasa-style yoga and muscle conditioning. This class will help you reshape your body and refresh your mind using breath, movement and strengthening postures with optional free weights and toning exercises. 

Sessions are 6 weeks in length and next session begins the week of March 28th.

You may participate in one or two nights per week or drop in for a one-time class.

Location: DGF Middle School
Room: “Stage Room”
Time: 4-5 p.m.
Class Dates:
Tuesday’s: March 29 & April 6*, 12, 19, 26 & May 3
Thursday’s: March 31, April 7, 14, 20*, 28, & May 5
*NOTE: Bold dates with asterisks are Wednesdays so mark your calendar accordingly.

Fee Structure:
  • 1 class per week for 6 weeks = $25
  • 2 classes per week for 6 weeks = $45
  • 1 time class = $5 (Drop-in rate can be paid to the instructor upon arrival. Drop-ins aren't guaranteed a spot if the class is full.

Yoga Flow Basics is Get healthy this spring and commit to a regular yoga practice! Can’t touch your toes? No worries. Yoga is not just for the super fit, super flexible individuals you see in the media. Yoga is for anyone looking to reconnect to the deepest parts of themselves by increasing mental and physical confidence through peace, stillness, flexibility and strength.

You may participate in one night per week or drop in for a one-time class.

Class Dates: Monday’s—April 4, 11, 18, 25 and May 2 & 9
